âSo after high school, I pursued a pharmacy degree, believing that becoming a pharmacist would enable me to support my family with their health challenges. I graduated and started my pharmacy practice in hospitals for years, still, I couldnât see how medications can change or reverse those chronic conditions that my family is suffering from.â
âHowever, my perspective shifted while practising as a Total Parenteral Nutrition Pharmacist in a Malaysian hospital. It was there that I witnessed the transformative power of proper nutrition and its profound impact on health. This revelation drove me to explore beyond traditional medication and delve into the potential of diet and nutrition to combat chronic conditions.â
âIn 2021, my search led me to the world of health coaching. I was captivated by the massive improvements people experienced through personalized coaching. Eager to make a difference, I earned my first health coaching certification and began guiding clients towards reclaiming their health.â
âThe success stories of my clients, who have reversed chronic conditions and shed unnecessary weight, fueled my passion and commitment. My exploration for deeper understanding brought me to Insulin IQ, which specializes in combating insulin resistanceâa condition all too familiar within my own family. This training was a pivotal moment, equipping me with the skills to help others overcome similar health barriers.â
âToday, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to overcome insulin resistance, reduce reliance on medication, and unlock their bodyâs true potential. As a lifelong learner, I continually seek out new knowledge and techniques to enhance my coaching and bring hope and health to those I work with.â
