“I’m a college athlete born and raised in south Louisiana right outside of New Orleans.”

“I found my passion for athletic performance and became a massage therapist for professional athletes including the Atlanta Braves, the New Orleans Saints and the 1996 Olympic Basketball “dream team.” I also worked super bowls for the New England Patriots—as well as for many other professional athletes—and I grew to love learning how the body can heal itself.”

“I went on to nursing school, and after many jobs in sales, pharmaceutical sales, device sales and ER/floor nursing, my passion for truly healing the body was naturally born. I believe we are over medicated and under educated.”

“I’m an avid runner and “CrossFit-ish” athlete. I have slowed the aging process down and plan to help others do the same.”
