Earning your Insulin IQ Certification is straightforward and designed to ensure you’re confident in the principles of Insulin-Smart Eating™ and Insulin-Smart Living™. The exam consists of 3 parts (see below) and is comprehensive yet approachable, allowing you to demonstrate your knowledge and readiness as a certified coach.

You will be allowed as long as you need to complete the exam and you can take it as many times as needed until you pass.

Your certification and exam fee includes three months of our Certified Coaches Membership at no cost. After three months, to enjoy all the benefits of membership, you will need to subscribe for only $29/month or $288/year.

Part 1: The Course Exam

This multiple-choice exam focuses on the content from our flagship course, Reversing Insulin Resistance in 90 Days. It ensures you understand the foundational principles of the Insulin IQ methodology.

Part 2: The Book Exam

Based on Dr. Ben Bikman’s groundbreaking book, Why We Get Sick, this multiple-choice exam tests your grasp of the science behind insulin resistance and metabolic health.

Part 3: The Oral Exam

Conducted via Zoom with our Coaching Director, this conversational exam evaluates your ability to communicate Insulin IQ principles effectively and with confidence.

No! Passion for helping others is more important than credentials. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a coach.

What if I don’t pass any of the exams?

Don’t worry—you can retake the exams as many times as needed to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

Is the certification fee refundable?

Unfortunately, certification fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before applying to ensure this program is a good fit for you.
