Amanda Yue,  PharmD, AMCP, MELT, YRT200

Insulin IQ Certified Coach

Amanda is an integrative functional medicine practitioner and mentor who is passionate about health. She helps clients optimize health through an integrative functional lifestyle practice.

In 2018, Amanda was diagnosed with IBS in addition to having pre-existing autoimmune conditions including psoriasis and hormonal issues. Frustrated about her limited options with standard medical care, she embarked on a journey to learn about non-traditional treatment options.

Along the way she discovered the benefits of functional medicine, herbal medicine, the MELT method, and functional yoga. More recently, she has learned about the link between insulin resistance and poor metabolic health as well as ways to reverse insulin resistance naturally.

Along the way she discovered the benefits of functional medicine, herbal medicine, the MELT method, and functional yoga. More recently, she has learned about the link between insulin resistance and poor metabolic health as well as ways to reverse insulin resistance naturally.

Amanda was able to resolve all her health issues using a root cause approach. Today, she is on a mission to share her knowledge and experience to help others achieve the same outcomes.

Amanda earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She has received multiple functional medicine and yoga certifications from Alkaline Wellness Center in Georgia, led by Dr. Connie Jeon.

She is able to live a pain free life (despite being diagnosed with C3C4 and L4L5 slipped discs) by applying MELT and yoga to her daily self care routine. Amanda is also currently a Level-3 MELT Method instructor. This method is a simple self-care technique that supports the quality of one’s connective tissue and nervous system to stabilize the body at all levels - structurally, chemically, emotionally, energetically, and neurologically.

Amanda is honored to be an Insulin IQ Certified Coach and eager to help many clients achieve sustainable health outcomes.
