Client Testimonials
I have been attending Elevate for 1 year. When I first came, I was referred by my primary care physician. My blood pressure was typically 180+ over 100+ and I was 380 lbs. Elevate and Richard Hart's program have completely changed my life. I have lost over 80 lbs, my blood pressure is nearly normal, and my goals are in sight.
At 2:30 one morning I listened to Dr. Ben Bikman's forum speech at BYU. At 7:00 am I had my appointment with Richard Hart. The rest is history! My body has been waiting for this way of eating... InsulinIQ makes sure each client learns the science behind making new food changes.
Training Philosophy
Strength training is the best way to reduce insulin. High intensity interval training is probably the best... I exercise to control my insulin and connect with friends – it has NOTHING TO DO WITH CALORIES.
Learn how to listen to your body... control carbs, intermittent fast, and exercise. Once done with our 90-day program, do this on your own – you have the knowledge and tools.
